Abstract :
Our aim in this paper is to detect face from images under various conditions of illuminations. For this aim, we suggest the approach with pulse-coupled neural network to improve detecting performance. So we apply fast linking model to PCNN and make some improvements to this PCNN model. Finally, it is shown that proposed PCNN model is effective through experiments.
