A study on mixture models for genetic algorithms

In this paper, we treat two types of mixture models for modeling genetic algorithms (GAs). By using these mixture models, we can represent the GA systems as combinations of some partial systems and analyze them from a new point of view. We discuss the interpretations of mixture models and the relation among optimization problems introduced by these models.
