Calculation of micro flow around axisymmetrical oblate bio molecule

Abstract :
The velocities of oblate bio molecules in axial and radial directions are described by linear combination of Legendre polynomials and Genenbauer polynomials. The stream functions were also described by a linear sum of those functions with different forms. The coefficients were determined by non slip boundary conditions on the bio molecules. Determining those coefficients took recurrent forms of integral with different order. The computed potential micro flow around the oblate bio molecules converged rapidly around the concave of the oblate bio molecules. The present investigation evaluates the local potential filed around bio molecules having axisymmetrical oblate structure.
