Abstract :
This paper describes the control technology depending upon the controlled objects. There are two kinds of control methods: one is process control, which is applied to plants, and the other is servo control, which is applied to mechanical system such as active vibration control for bridges or high-speed rolling stocks, and tracking control of mobile stages. Moreover, this paper presents newly developed dynamic positioning system, as applied to ship maneuvering control system which is the novel achievement of our development. Thus this control technologies makes it possible to enhance greatly the function and performance of another products as well. Therefore we advances the improvement of technology in the field of nonlinear control.
