Abstract
We proposed an adaptive algorithm to perform the spectrum-analysis of time-varying signals such as human voices and sounds from musical instruments. In the current research, this principle was applied to the control of the periodicity noises of in the duct and the electronic in ambulance siren sound, etc. On the other hand, there is something that periodically vibrates to the oscillatory phenomenon of the mechanical system. Effectiveness of this algorithm is experimentally demonstrated through the control of he oscillatory phenomenon of the mechanical system.
