Abstract :
This paper presents a circuit technique to implement log-domain filters in only-MOS technologies. The approach is based on analytical design combined with advanced MOSFET models in subthreshold, so almost exact equations are presented. This work includes all-MOS circuit proposals to implement each part of the new design approach. All these required blocks are built to truly operate at very low-voltage supplies (1V). Also, circuit examples are given for a digital 0.35μm CMOS technology.
