Abstract
The physical phenomenon of ion flow in dendrites can be easily modelled using a diffuser circuit, and biologically based active channels. Here we describe a 2 dimensional diffuser array which provides a general model for implementing and studying dendrites with an arbitrary arborization pattern. The array makes use of floating gate transistors for biasing, and has provided us with some promising results.
