Abstract :
The purpose of this work is exploration of the process of electromagnetic wave multiple interactions with moving turbulent inhomogeneities in the flow of slightly ionized plasma with resonance absorption. The method of stochastic modeling is applied to the analysis of this problem. Here is considered the propagation of waves with arbitrary frequency spectrum in the plane-parallel turbulent flow with inhomogeneous profiles of velocity and concentration of turbulences. The results of calculations demonstrate the substantial dependence of frequency spectrum shape of the scattering wave on the degree of inhomogeneity of the velocity and concentration profiles.
