Abstract
A new multilevel Green´s function interpolation method with O(N) complexity is presented to solve the integral equations describing large scale EM systems in RF IC. In MLGFIM, the problem geometry is first multilevel divided, and then the Green´s function interpolations of peer-level and lower-to-upper-level are developed to accelerate matrix vector multiplications. It is used to extract the capacitances in RF IC. The problem of 375000 unknowns can be solved with only 343 MB of memory. Numerical results demonstrate its efficiency.
