Abstract :
A novel partly shielded-finite ground coplanar waveguide (PS-FGCPW) has been proposed and simulated by using CST Microwave Studio 4.0. Simulation results in terms of scattering parameters S11 and S21 are provided, showing the advantage of the PS-FGCPW. The novel PS-FGCPW can provide high-density and low electromagnetic interference (EMI) arrangement of interconnects in high performance multilayer integrated-circuits.
