Abstract
This paper presents a new low-cost circular-polarized scanning antenna. Over 43° of beam steering is demonstrated at 32.5 GHz with an axial ratio less than 1 dB across the entire scan range. The design should have commercial and military applications in emerging millimeter-wave mobile communication and radar systems.
