Abstract :
In this paper the Koch island fractal ultra wideband dipole antenna properties are studied. A numerical analysis using finite difference time domain technique of the Koch island fractal ultra wideband dipole antenna geometries is carried out. A 3 dB fractional bandwidth of 0.2 or greater is achieved for the UWB fractal antennas presented.
