Abstract :
A 8.5 dB NF single-package 5 GHz WLAN receiver based on harmonic direct conversion in 3.0-V 0.35 μm SiGe BiCMOS and with integrated patch antenna is presented. The receiver performances are enhanced by a fast-convergence digital compensation engine, allowing 64 QAM reception with up to 10% 100 I/Q mismatch and 250 kHz carrier offset.
