Abstract :
This paper presents novel integrated solutions for Wireless-LAN (IEEE 802.11 a/b/g). Three different types of LTCC frontend modules were built for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands and were fully characterized up to 18 GHz. The measured results demonstrate excellent performance. To the authors´ knowledge, these modules are the highest-integrated/smallest-size WLAN frontend modules reported so far.
