Abstract :
Miniature LTCC-integrated power monitors for dual-band operation in the 2.4-2.5 GHz and 4.9-5.9 GHz Wireless-LAN bands are presented. The proposed low-cost circuit incorporates a directional coupler and a dual-diode power detector, all integrated in a very small size LTCC circuit. The measured prototypes demonstrate high performance with respect to power detector accuracy, temperature stability and dynamic range.
