Abstract :
A new plot of the frequency response for linear systems is presented. The idea is to use the map projection to Nyquist diagram. The new plot is not only suitable to describe the model uncertainties in modern robust control theory, but also helpful to the innovation of undergraduate level control education. We also give the stability criterion in terms of the new plot.
