Abstract
In this paper, the grey Verhulst neural network is proposed. First a quantitative relationship among the model parameters and the networks´ weights is put forward. Then, the learning algorithm of the grey Verhulst neural network is given. Because the learning error of the grey Verhulst neural networks can be effectively controlled, the model´s precision can be improved greatly. Finally, the method is applied and shown to be very effective.
