            Abstract : 
The conditions of fabrication for proton exchange insertion in the Ti-diffused LiNbO3 waveguide for light polarizing is examined. The optical properties of H:Ti:LiNbO3 solid solutions is examined using modal spectroscopy and reflection of high energy electrons diffraction (RHEED).
