Abstract :
We demonstrate record wavelength span from an 8-channel WDM VCSEL array operating CW to 65/spl deg/C from 1470 to 1610 nm with precise 20-nm channel spacing. Devices are fabricated using nonplanar wafer bonding and fully-oxidized DBRs.
