Abstract :
We propose corner-cut square microcavity coupled waveguide crossing for single- and higher-order wavelength-selective interconnects. Numerical simulations reveal that corner-cut square microcavities have nearly singlemode spectrum and reduce waveguide crosstalk at resonances.
