Abstract :
Used VS.net tools, C# language and Asp.net technique, a mobile Web Service system was developed, in which database based on XML can go across fire wall easily to realize share data together, and function distribution was reached using Web Service technique encapsulation. The display results on the PC and the mobile phone indicate that this system can be realized to access platform-independence.
