Abstract :
In order to improve the performance of bus protection system and converse it from centralized control to distributed control, a MAS based bus protection system is proposed. Agent technology and a multi-agent architecture of bus protection system are presented. The function, characteristics and decision making process of this system are described in details. The simulation results of a three-ended power system verify the reliability of this scheme.
