Abstract

Because of the importance of negotiation in business process and with the development of electronic commerce, there have emerged many negotiation support systems that support business negotiations on Internet. But most of these systems only provide a communication platform for negotiation and lack effective negotiation support. In this paper we firstly describe the state-of-the-art in negotiation support domain and then analyze the negotiation requirements. Based on these analysis we propose a framework for integrated negotiation support system, which integrates software agents into negotiation support system. Our framework can support various types of negotiations, and can especially carry out negotiations with value-added services.
