Abstract :
This article mainly discusses the essential quality of managers in the era of knowledge economy. A modern detailed index system is built upon the analysis of their knowledge, capability, psychology and achievement. A scientific and practical system that can assess the comprehensive quality of managing is set up. The standards are normalized. The personal affair department can use them to choose and recommend suitable managing talents and provide objective foundation for entrepreneurs on the basis of their certifications.
