  • Abstract
    Fuzzy mathematics is a science to study and handle obscure phenomenon. Recently, fuzzy comprehensive measurement based on the theories of fuzzy mathematics has been widely used in quality control and education assessment. In this paper, we discuss several measuring models by using of fuzzy set theories to evaluate the quality of management in universities and colleges by fixing portions among different factors. This approach can be used as a scientific measuring tool for upper management and human resources to evaluate and promote employee at university.
