Abstract
For complexity of water environment and multi-source of water quality monitoring data, data fusion is introduced to water quality assessment in the paper. As viewed from data fusion, based on evidence theory, four water indices data are fused, and a new water quality assessment model is proposed. By experiment, the model is compared with that based on BP network and single factor method respectively. Its intention is to analyze advantages and disadvantages of evidence theory in the process of water quality monitoring data fusion, and to demonstrate feasibility and availability of data fusion technique applied to multi-source water environment monitoring data assessment models.
