Abstract :
The accurate control of the temperature of workpieces in vacuum annealing furnace is a typical nonlinear, large time-delay and inertia, cross-coupling, time-varying complicated control problem. It is difficult to achieve the accurate control of annealing furnace by conventional PID controller. This paper presents a new optimization variable arguments PID controller by adaptive immune genetic algorithm and solves accurate control problem of work pieces temperature in vacuum annealing furnace. The results of practical show that this temperature control system is better than the conventional PID control system based on the temperature zones, and has good reliability, adaptability and robustness.
