Abstract
In this paper, the stabilization problem for a simple (unstable) planar system in the presence of input and output quantization is addressed. It is shown that global stability to a terminal set is achieved by means of a hybrid output feedback control law, which reads out the plant only three values and yields a control action composed of three values. Simulations results complete the work.
