            Abstract : 
This paper considers robust fault detection and isolation observer (RDO) for uncertain singular time delay system with faults. A sufficient condition for the existence of RDO and an efficient design algorithm are obtained. The design of RDOs associated with various splitting of the faults is also discussed.
