Abstract :
This paper provides an analysis of indoor ultra-wideband channel measurements collected by Virginia Tech as part of DARPA\´s "Networking in Extreme Environments (NETEX)" program. Comments and analysis are provided on the frequency dependency of path loss, log-normal shadowing, and on the small scale effects of the channel including average statistics and CDF of those statistics. A performance evaluation of a NLOS channel model is also provided.
