Abstract :
We propose a trellis-coded linear constellation precoding (TC-LCP) code by combining trellis coded modulation (TCM) and linear constellation precoding (LCP). The code constructing method and performance analysis are described. We show that the maximum achievable diversity is improved up to δ times (where δ is the minimum matrix-wise Hamming distance). Several examples and simulation results are presented.
