Abstract
Presented in This work is new universal multimedia distributive system (UMDS) which belongs to the fixed systems of broadband wireless access, unites the basic advantages of known systems MITRIS and MTRS, has open interfaces and legal levels and agrees with standard IEEE 802.16.
