Abstract :
Using a quasi-static approximation, the construction of a weak magnetic field sensor containing a thin magnetic film is researched and optimised. A sensitivity comparison of the sensor with a polycrystalline Permalloy film and the sensor with a monocrystalline yttrium-iron garnet film is carried out.
