Abstract :
In spite of the fast growing technology of communication and Internet the need for multimedia data service providing under limited resource technique is still in the focused. For that reason, We present a streaming service structure for varying network environment, which could be serviced with reliability, based on TCP/UDP. For this structure we used MPEG-4 layering method, which is splitting multimedia streaming data and sending method.
