  • Abstract
    This paper deals with analysis of wind phenomena parameters determination using Doppler- Polarimetric approach. Analysis of changing speed, shape and orientation of raindrop under the influences of wind is made. Recommendation on using Doppler-Polarimetric parameters for estimation of non-stationary processes are given. Differential reflectivity and spectral depolarization ratio are considered as examples.
