Abstract :
The design and performance of a fullyintegrated wideband 638.1 mm delay TTD chip is presented. This MMIC integrates 9-bits time-delays, where the least significant hit is 1.3 mm and large significant bit is 320 mm. The MMIC is realized using the 0.25pm PHEMT (edO2ah) OMMlC process. One application in mind is broadband active phased array SAWTI with the sensor PAMIR of FGAN.
