Abstract :
Regarding products and services, feelings and Kansei of humans are more often considered. Manufacturers analyze and grasp Kansei of users and adapt functions and specifications of products to Kansei. In this work, the Kansei and business are discussed. Especially while referring to Kansei itself, and their recent trends, the author took a general view of them in relation to sensory evaluation, from the viewpoints of the author.
