Abstract
We propose a supply chain model using market-oriented programming in consideration of inventory cost and time for delivery. By introducing inventory cost, surplus inventory causes a loss. Furthermore, by considering time for delivery, this model comes to be able to simulate with a broad range of strategies: a) expanding sales instead of having many stocks, b) reducing the uncertainty of demand forecasting, c) decreasing stock, and so on. Finally, we will evaluate inventory management strategies by using our proposed model.
