IEEE Nanotechnology Council Announces 2013 Award Winners [Awards]

The IEEE Nanotechnology Council (NTC) 2013 award winners were announced and approved at its February 2013 Executive Committee meeting held in Austin, Texas. THE NTC Pioneer Award was given to Prof. Charles M. Lieber, the Mark Hyman Professor of Chemistry in the Department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology at Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. The NTC Early Career Award was given to Prof. Masahiro Nakajima of the Center for Micro-Nano Mechatronics at Nagoya University in Japan.
