Letter from the editor

We have a few newsworthy items in this issue of the EMC Magazine. First, you can see on page 3 that we have a new format for our table of contents. Now, articles are grouped together by category so you can quickly find items that might interest you. We´ve created this new format as our first step towards bringing you an HTML email each quarter when an issue is published to IEEE Xplore. You´ll see this table of contents in the email with the titles of each article. A convenient link will be provided in case you want immediate access to a particular article. Look for this email notice to start with the first issue published in 2014.
