Abstract
Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is an important system parameter in mobile communication systems and other advanced communication systems. Coherent and noncoherent SNR estimators can be used to dynamically estimate SNR. In this paper, a coherent SNR estimator is proposed and its performance is provided. Phase coherency inaccuracy and tone jamming impact are also included in performance assessment.
