Abstract
Frameworks for innovation, six generic factors and 2-dimensional matrix, have been developed, especially for engineers who need to work on innovation enabling environments within their business practice unit (BPU). These frameworks should support typical Japanese bottoms-up or middle-up-down management model, by helping enable innovations at business practice level toward innovative Japanese industry in 21st century.
