Commercialization of technologies developed in public research and development institute: the case of Thailand

Many research institutes worldwide have experienced on commercialization their developed technologies. Different approach and context are varied from place to place depends on technological level. This work elaborates technology commercialization process and proposed framework that intend to apply in the country where in the early stage of indigenous technology development, such as Thailand. Extensive review on technological innovation and technology commercialization as well as experience on selected institute is explored.
