Abstract
In order to fulfill the operators´ and the competitive market requirements, we should help them by proposing a complete automatism to engineer their architecture, so that they can better optimize their CAPEX and time-to-market. This automatism should be generalized to allow the transparence of the architectural organization. In this paper, we study how to make transparent the decision-making inherent to the different events that are able to occur in the network connectivity level as well as in the service platforms level or the user level. We show that this transparency can be obtained through the vertical integration of the operators´ architecture. The vertical integration in turn is obtained through a dynamic self-organization. We describe the functional architecture of our dynamic architecture self-organizing platform baptized O-Pilot.
