Abstract :
This paper presents planar low-pass fdters that have high attenuation level in a wide stop band for various millimeter-wave hands (frequencies from 26 to 240 CHz). Their characteristics are mainly determined the condition only of quasi - T - mode propagation along filter strncture, choice of filter element dimensions and their configuration, and of dielectric materials. The novel filter structure is also proposed. The filter responses presented show that the measured results are comparable with the predicted theoretical characteristics.
