Abstract :
A new design of metamaterials of one dimension periodic structure is presented in this paper. One unit cell of the structure is consisted of two varactor diodes and one inductor. The band gap of the periodic structure can be regulated with the applied bias voltage. The dispersive equation of the structure is given out the changes of the group velocity and the phase velocity had been measured.
