Abstract :
Refractive index of β-FeSi2 has been investigated by polarized optical reflection measurement on a bulk β-FeSi2 single crystal and Kramers-Kronig analysis. Anisotropy of refractive index was clearly observed for the light polarization of E//a, E//b and E//c.
