  • Abstract
    Investigations of an energy, mass and charging composition of plasma of the high-voltage surface discharge were performed. Measurements of energy distribution and mass composition of- plasma for various directions concerning a discharge surface are carried out. Flow of high energy (up to several keV) multiple charged ions are detected.
