The 2nd CIC & IEEE ComSoc joint editorial board meeting was held in Xi´an, China

On the afternoon of August 14, 2013, the 2nd CIC & IEEE ComSoc Joint Editorial Board Meeting was held at the Qujiang Hotel in Xi´an, China. This is the first joint Editorial Board meeting since the official collaboration between China Institute of Communications (CIC) and the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc) on China Communications Magazine initiated from January 2013.
