Abstract
The electromagnetic behavior of a class of IDC´s structures suitable to be employed in wireless and satellite applications is analyzed. In particular, novel geometries, presenting better performances in terms of longitudinal quasi-static capacitance and of spurious energy emission for a specific on chip area occupation, are presented. In addition, a procedure based on the free-space dyadic Green´s functions is adopted to evaluate the field spatial transition regions and the level of the spurious energy emission.
